Your best customers are busy. Make the review request automatic.
Happy customers rarely think to leave a review, and your team is too busy to ask every time. We set up a text that goes out after every job and asks for an honest Google review, so you keep doing the work and the asking takes care of itself.
Setup included. You approve every message before it sends.
The request.
The reminder.
The reply.
Everything needed to ask every customer and keep up with what they say.
-
A request after every job
A finished job or appointment sends a short text or email with a direct link to your Google review page. No app for the customer, no extra step for your team.
-
One polite reminder
If they haven’t left a review after a few days, they get one reminder. Then the system stops.
-
An alert for every new review
Good or bad, your team hears about it right away and can see and answer every review in one place.
-
Help with replies
Want help answering? We can draft replies for you to approve before they post.
Optional: we can also ask past customers from a list you approve, starting with a small test group.
What happens after the job.
Every customer gets the same request. What they say is up to them.
- TuesdayThe job runs late and the customer is frustrated.
- TuesdayHe gets the same request as everyone else. Nobody screens him out.
- WednesdayHe leaves two stars about the wait.
- WednesdayYou get an alert right away, call him, and post a calm reply.
This is how Google wants it done. Asking everyone, not just the happy ones, keeps your reviews honest and within Google’s rules.
Live in three steps.
You see every message and test it yourself before a customer does.

Know what happens
before you start.
Will the texts annoy my customers?
Each customer gets one request and at most one reminder, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out. You approve the wording, so it sounds like your business.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask for reviews. What it prohibits is paying or rewarding people for reviews and asking only happy customers. We do neither.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
You get an alert right away so you can respond quickly. We can draft a calm reply for your approval. Honest criticism, answered well, often builds more trust than a perfect score.
Can you guarantee more reviews?
No. Customers decide whether to leave a review and what to say. We guarantee the system is set up, tested, and monitored.
Do you need our whole customer list?
No. We only need what it takes to send each request. A past-customer campaign happens only if you ask for one and approve the list.
Put the review request on autopilot.
Tell us how a job gets finished today, and we’ll set up the request around it.
