Every call deserves an answer.
Your best lead may call while the crew is on a roof or the office is closed. Most won’t leave a voicemail. They call the next business. We set up an AI receptionist that picks up, answers their questions, and books the job or passes it to your team.
Backup for a busy team, not a replacement for one.

It covers the routine calls so your team can focus on the ones that need judgment.

Emergencies, upset customers, and big jobs are transferred or flagged right away, following rules you set.
Live in three steps.
You hear it and test it before a single customer does.
-
Map your calls
We go through the questions your team answers every day, which calls should reach a person, and what can be booked automatically.
-
Set it up
We write its instructions from your business details and connect your phone, calendar, and notifications.
-
Test, then launch
We call it with hard questions, interruptions, and emergencies. After launch, we review real calls and fix anything that trips callers up.
Busy phones.
Too few hands.
- Contractors and home-service crews who can’t answer from a job site.
- Appointment-based practices that get the same booking questions all day.
- Businesses missing calls at lunch, in the evening, or on weekends.
- Companies running ads that bring in calls after hours.
Know what happens
before you start.
Does it sound like a robot?
It uses a natural, conversational voice, and you choose how it greets callers. You’ll hear it and make test calls yourself before it goes live.
Can we keep our phone number?
Usually, yes. Unanswered or after-hours calls are forwarded to the receptionist, so your number stays the same. The exact setup depends on your phone provider.
What if a caller asks something it doesn’t know?
It doesn’t guess. It takes the question and tells the caller when someone will get back to them, or transfers the call, whichever you prefer. For medical, legal, or financial questions, it always hands off to a person.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you want them to be. If calls are recorded or transcribed, callers hear that at the start of the call, and you decide who on your team can access them.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many call types and tools we connect. We give you a timeline after mapping your calls, and nothing goes live until you’ve tested it.
How do we know it’s working?
You see answered calls, bookings, transfers, and questions it couldn’t answer. We use that to improve it. We don’t promise a specific revenue result.
